Terms and ConditionsPlacing Orders
Order forms must be filled out and email to contactus@santanaspartyrentals.com faxed to us at 800 716-7574 or mailed to 1012 W. Beverly Blvd #871 Montebello, Ca 90640. A valid credit card is required on all orders. It is the customers responsibility to check the confirmation for accuracy concerning your items ordered, dates and locations.
Deposit and Payments A refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date and linens. The $100 deposit is NOT applied to the rental cost of your order. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks after your event if there is no loss and /or damage to any of the linens. Final payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
Payment Methods We accept cash, money orders, certified checks, credit cards and checks (if making final payment with a check it must be received 15 days prior to the event)
Loss and Damage All items have a replacement value that is applicable when not returned, found at the time of pick up or in condition that has permanently altered its appearance. All linen rentals are expected to be returned or picked up in the same condition as they are received or delivered, i.e. no tears, rips, holes, wax stains or excessive food stains.. Santanas Party Supplies reserves the right to charge the cost of lost or damaged items to the credit card the customer places on file. Santanas Party Supplies will not and cannot hold third parties (i.e. your event planner, hosting facility, caterer, etc.) responsible for payment of lost or damaged items. The ordering customer is solely responsible for all items rented.
Cancellation Please be aware that once we reserve an order other orders may be turned away to honor our commitment to you. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, the deposit will NOT be returned. If cancellation is within 1 week prior to the event a restocking fee of 20% of your total order will be charged to the credit card on file.
Returns We take care of delivery set-ups and pick of chair covers and linens. However if you want to install everything yourself, all orders need to be returned the following work day unless specified on the order form. Orders not returned on time are subject to additional daily rental charges of $50.00 Items should be free of food, excessive soil, wax stains, tears, rips or holes to avoid an additional fee. All items will be counted on site at time of return.
